The shift happening right now

You already feel AI moving fast. Here's what most people are missing.

Using ChatGPT to answer questions is not the same as having an assistant that supports your work. One gives you answers. The other takes things off your plate.

The difference is the whole game. Asking better questions is one skill. Building a system that actually helps you run things is another. And that second skill is the reason normal business owners can suddenly have an AI assistant without a developer, a budget, or a single technical bone in their body.

Here is the part that should light a fire under you. Most people are still typing one-off prompts into a chat window and calling that their AI strategy. They have no idea the ground already moved underneath them. The gap between the people who understand this shift and the people who don't is widening every week, and it is not going to wait for anyone to feel ready.

How I got here

From $1,000 a month to around $20.

Back in January, I launched my first AI agent. By February and March I was deep in agentic AI, learning what these systems could really do once they had memory, tools, workflows, and the ability to support actual business operations.

At one point I was spending around $1,000 a month to run that agent.

Then in April I moved onto a new approach. And now I am doing the same kinds of things I was doing before, except it costs me around $20 a month.

That shift is massive. And the wild part is how much the technology advanced in a single month. This is the first time I have felt like a normal person can realistically have a real AI assistant operating in their life and business. So I am going to teach you exactly how.

I have put hundreds of hours into figuring out what actually works, what breaks, and what is worth your time, so you do not have to learn it the hard way like I did. In the class I'll hand you the shortcut.

Who this is for

Built for the person doing it all by hand.

If you are using ChatGPT but it still feels like a smarter search box, this is the place to start. And here is the best part: all you need is a computer and a ChatGPT subscription. No special equipment, no server, no tech team.

And honestly, who it's not for:
  • Anyone hunting for prompt hacks or a magic button. This is a real skill, not a shortcut around the work.
  • People who want to stay exactly where they are. The ground is moving, and this class is for people ready to move with it.
  • Anyone unwilling to give it 90 focused minutes. That's all it takes, but it does take that.
What you'll walk away with

In 90 minutes, you will understand:

  • What agentic AI actually is, and why it is different from using ChatGPT cold
  • How I use my own assistant for around $20 a month, with the real numbers
  • The five capability layers that turn a chatbot into an assistant: memory, files, tools, recurring tasks, and workflows
  • The first five business workflows I would set up if I were starting from scratch
  • How to set boundaries so your assistant is useful without ever going rogue
  • When the cheap model is plenty, and the rare moments a heavier model earns its keep
  • A clear setup path you can follow afterward, even if you have never built anything technical

You will leave with the exact instructions to launch your own $20-a-month AI assistant.

This is not theory

This is what I actually run.

Earlier this year I was running an AI agent that cost me around a thousand dollars a month and broke about every other day. Every update knocked something over. Workflows that worked on Tuesday were stuck by Thursday. I shut it down.

Today I run something far more reliable for a small fraction of that. It handles research, drafting, reminders, follow-up, and a handful of routine jobs that used to live on my own plate. And it runs on nothing fancier than a computer and a ChatGPT subscription.

I already made the expensive mistakes and figured out what holds up. In the class, I'll show you my exact setup running live, walk you through the honest pros and cons, and hand you the path that took me hundreds of hours to find.

If you're on the fence

The three things people ask me first.

"I'm not technical."

You do not need to become technical. You need a clear setup path, and that is the whole class.

"I already use ChatGPT."

Then you are paying for a tool and using a sliver of it. This shows you how to turn the same subscription into something that actually works for you.

"Will this be outdated next month?"

No, because the skill is delegation, not a specific button. Models will keep changing, but knowing what to hand off and how to set it up safely transfers to whatever comes next. You're learning the thing underneath the tools.

If AI has been moving faster than you can keep up with, this is where I'd start.

Ninety minutes. A clear path. And an assistant that finally works for you instead of the other way around.
